Your name and personal information is confidential and will not be posted in your profile. We do not sell your information to name lists. Your profile is available for other members to view on the Site. Members' profiles include a photo, age, what he/she is looking for and other information that we use in finding matches. Your viewable profile does not include any identifying information about you, except the Username.
We require some additional information, such as, credit card, zip code, etc as financial information, including your name, and other information, when you pay for our services.
We collect IP addresses and the URL that may be used to identify you. We also offer certain features that are only available through the use of a "cookie". Cookies can also help us provide information which is targeted to your interests. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits.
2. How We Use Your Information.
We use information in the files we maintain about you, and the other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Site to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems.

4. Access To Other Members Information.
In order to communicate among all our members, we will disclose another members email address as well as their contact number if we make a match. By accepting this privacy policy, you give us permission to disclose this information to your match when accepting a date. Do not add this member’s information to your contact list or IM (instant message) unless it is expressly disclosed to the other member.
5. Changing Your Profile.
After registering with our service, you can change the information you submitted during registration through the Member Service Menu including: your e-mail address, location, perfect match, phone number, etc.
Upon your written request, we will suspend your membership, contact information, and financial information from our active databases. Such information will be suspended within 30 days of your request.
We will retain our files for informational purposes. Some information will be kept in our database for tracking for marketing purposes.
6. Security
Find-a-perfect-date.org keeps the confidentiality of your personal information using "firewalls" and Secure Socket Layers. Any data collected on its members is help privately and will not be disclosed to unauthorized users.
